Ambalanders, this song is a call to awareness.. According to what many of us have been hearing, Atanga Nji Paul and Paul Biya are reportedly planning a new administrative map for La Republique du Cameroun. In the view of many Ambalanders, this kind of redrawing is an attempt to weaken Amba unity and identity as a people.

This song is here to educate, to alert, and to remind us:
Ambazonia must stay awake.
We must stay informed.
And we must not allow any plan that risks breaking up our communities or dissolving the heritage, language, and culture we have carried for generations.

We have a right to protect our identity, our history, and the future of our children.
We have a right to say no to any arrangement that threatens to erase the voice or strength of the anglophone people.

Let this song be a reminder that unity is our shield.
Awareness is our power.
And our culture is not something to be quietly blended away by La Republique du Cameroun
