Rest is the highest form of Faith!
When we rest in the finished work of Christ, we show total humility and submission to the Father.
God always gives Grace to the humble while He resists the proud.
The proud is the man who thinks he can satisfy God by fulfilling laws and living in self-righteousness.
Christ has finished the work and He finished it well. So, as Believers we are rested in Grace.
We are at rest because Christ finished the work!
