This song's lyrics are from a poem I just wrote about taking time to just be in the moment. Whatever your "silence" looks like, this song is about finding those moments of peace, where you can meditate, pray, or just take a few ticks to soak in some 'calm'. We are all busy and we all have different obstacles and trials that we face, and even though we may view our "moments" differently, I truly believe everyone should allot at least 5-10 minutes every day for them!
