Be it in love, friendship, or between stranges, be gentle.  Everyone is experiencing life differently and we never know what another might be going through.  Gentle embodies the idea of care and kindness to all, including yourself.  One kind act can help to pull someone back from a dark place.  The second half of the song features Dreaming Awake, an electronic duo who added their own unique spin to this track.  The featured dancer, Sadie Gould, and I filmed this for another project that fell through.  Mental health is very important to her and I wanted to honor her and her hardships by using the footage in a song that embodied the same idea as the original project. Be Kind, Be Gentle.
