How Are You Gone? is part of the Grief Is Love album based on the book, I Feel You, Illustrations on how I am dealing with my own grief.

The songs on the album are mostly direct quotes from the book, which is an illustrated grief journal. The artist says, "When my brother passed away, I turned to the one thing that has brought me comfort and allowed me to express my feelings, which is art. Many of my friends and family members said that the art helped them work through their own grief and encouraged me to share the work. Two books were published and then a YouTube channel and TikTok page to share the art and sentiments.
A third book, the Treasury Edition is now available, and I am excited to share a new album of music based on the writings, Grief Is Love!
