Introduction from the artist
Hey! I'm an alt-pop artist from Austria and I've been making music for quite a few years at this point.
While I now generally produce my own songs, I worked with producer Stef Tahlia on "Dark Side" in 2018.
On the surface, the song is about an abusive relationship, where the abuser keeps pulling the victim back in because they don't feel worthy of being happy.
The abuser represents depression and it's about how sometimes being in a depressive state can feel comforting if you have been living with it long enough.
