Knut Rygnestad is a Norwegian composer, musician and educator based in Stockholm. The Icelandic singer Helga Ragnarsdóttir introduced him to Guðfinna Jónsdóttir's poetry in 2019, and "Ótal stjarna hröp" is the result of their collaboration.
